The LiftMaster 412HM Universal Coaxial Receiver is a 390MHz garage door opener receiver with an external antenna and is compatible with dip switch, billion code and Security+ rolling code programming. It utilizes a 12 DC or 18-35V AC/DC power source and can store up to 31 remote control codes, including up to 15 Security+ remote control transmitter or keyless entry keypad entry codes. This product is compatible with LiftMaster 970LM, 971LM, 972LM, 973LM and 974LM remotes.
